- Manuscript submission and peer review
Submission implies that the manuscript:
- Has not been published previously;
- It is not under consideration elsewhere;
- Has been approved by all authors and relevant institutional authorities.
Manuscripts are assigned to an Associate Editor with relevant expertise. Peer review is conducted by at least two independent reviewers, who are requested to submit evaluations within 20 days. Authors receive reviewers’ comments and required revisions via the Associate Editor.
Final acceptance or rejection is decided by the Editor-in-Chief. Manuscripts are not formally accepted until a signed Publishing Agreement is submitted.
- Authorship
The Journal and Publisher assume all authors agreed with the content and that all gave explicit consent to submit and that they obtained consent from the responsible authorities at the institute/organization where the work has been carried out, before the work is submitted.
Authorship changes:
- All authors must be listed in the manuscript and their details entered into the submission system.
- Any addition, deletion or rearrangement of author names in the authorship list should only be made prior to acceptance, and only if approved by the journal editor.
- Requests to change authorship should be made by the corresponding author, who must provide the reason for the request to the journal editor with written confirmation from all authors, including any authors being added or removed, that they agree with the addition, removal or rearrangement.
Global NEST Journal assumes no legal responsibility for claims arising from publication.
- Copyright
Upon acceptance, authors will be asked to complete a Paper Publishing Agreement (PPA) after acceptance. The corresponding author will have access in our platform to the online agreement that will need to accept to proceed with the publication of the manuscript and receive a Doi number.
Copyright is retained by the authors for all articles published in Global NEST Journal. Therefore, anyone may download and read the paper for free. In addition, the article may be reused and quoted provided that the original published version is cited. These conditions allow for maximum use and exposure of the work, while ensuring that the authors receive proper credit.
