The goal of this investigation was to focus on the viability of synchronous aging of natural product waste with Aspergillus Niger TISTR 3063 co-societies producing ethanol. Additionally noted was how the aging temperature affected the yield of ethanol. Peels from pineapple and banana were used as substrates, and they were prepared by being slashed into little rectangular pieces. A 250 ml Erlenmeyer jar containing glucose was used to mature several bundles of natural product waste as a control. Analysis of the factors involved in the production of organic waste included sugar, pH, TS, vs, debris, moisture, COD, and TKN. In my review, bio ethanol was produced from banana strips and pineapple strips using pretreatment techniques, more specifically, soluble and acidic pretreatment. The process of aging interaction is then used to produce bio-ethanol. However, the production of bioethanol from food crops needs to be regulated to ensure food security and requires line-by-line analysis to move potential financial and environmental risks. Utilizing Plan Master Programming version 13, determine whether the nature of the bioethanol has changed after synthesis.Using plan master programming, it is possible to see how the item ethanol is being streamlined. Plot the chart for the item's actual and predicted values, one component diagram, and 3D surface. The fuel qualities of the bioethanol that was given were thought to be comparable to those of diesel fuel, and they also complied with ASTM regulations.

Waste generated as a result of the leather processing industry can be in the form of solid, liquid and gas waste. Waste generated from the textile industry made from clothing H2S and TSS which if not treated properly, will be very dangerous for health and the environment. One of the efforts to overcome this problem, is offered in the form of a simple, inexpensive and efficient H2S and TSS waste treatment technology, namely by using a combination of bio-desulfurization and trickling filtration methods as a means of treating liquid waste in the leather-based textile industry, especially for parameters, H2S and TSS. Bio-desulfurization is a sulfur removal process by utilizing the metabolism of microorganisms, namely by converting hydrogen sulfide into elementary sulfur, and trickling wastewater filtration is a treatment process by spreading wastewater into a pile or media bed consisting of Coconut Shell Charcoal to reduce H2S and TSS content in leather-based clothing industry wastewater. The results of the study for H2S parameters in wastewater treated in bio desulfurization reactor and trickling filter with Coconut Shell Charcoal filtering media, the biggest decrease was in filter media with a thickness of 60 cm with a contact time of 30 minutes of 4.43 mg/lt or 88.84%. Likewise, the largest decrease in TSS parameter content was found in a 60 cm filter media thickness with a contact time of 30 minutes of 47.67 mg/lt or 82.54%.

The concentrations and comparisons of total and available metals Cd, Cr, Ni, Pb and the metalloid As were examined in two adjacent acid forest soils in Greece under oak and beech together with the dependency of their availability. It was found that the soil in the beech plot had higher concentrations of total elements with the exception of the litter layer (L) where most metals did not differ. It is probable that the parent material of the beech soil contained some metamorphic mafic material. The surface soils for both stands were moderately enriched with Pb, Cd and As, whereas for Cr and Ni the enrichment was minimal. The concentrations of available elements (extracted with DTPA) were higher in the beech soil. The availability of most metals was affected by the pH, the organic C, the ratio of C/N and the total concentration of the metals. Through a Principal Component Analysis (PCA) analysis, it was found that 63-75% of the concentrations variance of the available metals was explained. The percentages of available metals with regard to their total concentrations in soils were higher in the beech plot in the FH layer but in the mineral layers, they did not differ apart from Pb. The concentrations of the metals in the leaves of both species in three consecutive years did not differ with the exception of Cd, the concentration of which was higher in the beech leaves.

Due to hazardous effluent load of synthetic dyes, the global community is now seeking inclusion of natural products particularly green dyes and pigment in various fields. Current study has been concerned with utilization of eco-friendly tools for isolation of colorants from plant wastes such as coconut coir (Cocos nucifera) for coloration of natural fibers such as wool. Coconut based Tannin was isolated after exposure by microwave treatment for 1-6 min in various media following by optimization of dyeing variables. Excellent yield onto fabric were obtained when coconut coir extract of 1 pH containing 5g/100 mL Glauber salt, was used to dye at 65 oC for 65 min. To develop new shades among mordants used, bio-mordanted wool fabrics exhibited more excellent shades than chemical ones with excellent fastness ratings. It has been concluded that Microwave treatment has excellent potential to isolate natural dye from plant wastes, where the introduction of bio-mordants for shade depth and fastness characteristics has made process more sustainable and viable for natural fibers coloration.
